HuaKe Spring Wire is one of the China’s leading manufacturers of spring wire. We manufacture
cold-drawn or heat-treated, middle or high carbon steel spring wire of consistent high quality. Our spring wire products have been used and cherished by many types of spring manufacturers
for the stable performance and properties. All our manufacturing is performed in accordance with international quality standards. Our factory are in conformity with ISO 9001:2015 Standard, ISO 14001:2015 Standard and ISO
45001:2018. Also we have been certified to the China High-Tech Enterprise.. This is naturally
something that lead one interesting story. Since inception, HuaKe was also one user and one
buyer of spring wire. We purchased the spring wire for our steel wire railway wheels brush use, but we have been meeting big challenge for finding the consistent high-quality spring wire.
Sometimes the wire is good quality while sometimes the wire is less good quality, we have been
very confused about the situation. It still happened even after we have changed several suppliers, so at last we decided to make the spring wire with stable quality by ourselves that can meet our
own need and requirement. Both as one users and manufacturer of spring wire, we are more
clearly and professionally knowing that how to meet the expectation and need of the spring wire
buyer and the spring factory. We supply middle and high carbon spring steel wire according to GB4357-2022 EN 10270-1 or
DIN 17223-1 standard, ranging from diameter 0,3 mm to 5,0 mm, for high tensile springs, clamp
rings, rolled springs manufacture. The ShaGang Goup Wire Rod Materials Steel Grade for manufacturing the middele and high
carbon steel spring wire is :45#,60#, 70#, 72A, 72B, 82B, 65Mn
Wire diameter range: 0.3-5.0mm
Packing: In coils, wrapped by gunny cloth
Transport: Loading about 16tons in one 20's container
Finish: Black No plated or Bright, Nickle-plated surface
